#1 - Apples - Most snack attacks are for something sweet, and what better way to satisfy the sweet tooth than with a sweet, juicy apple. #5 - Grapes are also great for the heart, rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, and flavonoids. They have anti-inflammatory benefits, which means it keeps cardiac problems under control and blood pressure from getting out of control. The anti-inflammatory benefits can also help with arthritis.
