5 Simple Ways To Cut Your Food Cravings and Calories!


There is no trick to losing weight. The less you eat, the more you will lose or help to maintain your ideal weight. But this is easier said than done, right? Those food cravings are hard to suppress. Here are some foods that might help get rid of the munchies and those extra pounds.

#1 - Drink A Glass of Water Before A Meal: It's true. Drinking water before a meal will make you eat less food. In fact, people who drink two glasses of water before a meal eat about 75-90 fewer calories.

#2 - Fiber Up With Apples and Beans: Both foods are very high in fiber, giving you a feeling of fullness, so you eat less. Apples are also great energy food.

#3 - Scramble Those Eggs:  Eggs are a good source of protein and also an appetite suppressor. Ever notice how you are less hungry until lunch when you've had eggs for breakfast? Try it!

#4 - Snack on Some Celery: Try taking a bag of celery sticks to work. It is a great food to control your appetite and also has only 8 calories per stick.

#5 - Sip Up Some Soup: Add a cup of soup for lunch and you'll find that you are less hungry. Low-calorie soup can cut hundreds of calories from your daily diet and keep you full longer.
